While working at FCB Chicago, my first agency out of ad school, I worked on Cox Communication. These are some of the cool things we created.
This was an amazing project to be a part of at Cox. It wasn't the most innovative or mind-blowing creative I've done. But we solved REAL business problems. When Cox told us they were spending millions on phone customer support for common issues we thought... well why not make simple support videos that people can follow along too?
ONE YEAR LATER
I'm proud to say that the videos that we created for Cox resulted in a monumental shift of customer support. Our videos have been estimated to have saved Cox over a million dollars in just the first year of being released. If that ain't successful creative I don't know what is!
